If you're talking about the matter manipulation, then I probably worded that a bit badly sorry. He has the possibility of rearranging bones and things, but in the time it would take him to do anything that wouldn't result in more than a minor fracture or something he would easily be open for attack, especially from the person he's doing it to. Furthermore, he'd need to get in close to do it to anyone, so at range it's close to useless. I could nerf it if you want, if you have suggestions on what to nerf it to I'm open to ideas?
