[@Uccello] I've always felt like all psychic types, especially the evolved ones, have a capacity to telepathically communicate with people. At least, that's what the anime always made me feel.

Anyway, kinda not sure if I should post again. I don't really know which one to have Amber interact with. She's kinda in the Pokemon Center at New Amber being an idiot with how to handle her Snivy, in case anyone wants to head down at the center as well and help out a poor soul.
