[@Raijinslayer] Okay, so looking it over I'm gonna have to ask you to rein in the spells. It feels like you're trying to cover every scenario which as smart as that is, is realistically not possible and a little overboard. My suggestion is stick with the theme of light and dark by limiting the spells to being offensive and defensive respectively. Get rid of Radiance, Penance, and Shadow; drop the hallucinatory effect on Haze of Nightmares; and the second Secret Art isn't acceptable. Like I said it just seems like you were trying to cover too much ground with the amount of spells and over variety of abilities they gave him.

[@TheHangedMan] As for Phoebe, just dial back the speed [b]a lot[/b]. Light speed/faster than light speed attacks is very OP. Other than that I see no problems.
