Well, [@Ophidian], if you recall, the rockets are known for stealing Pokemon, and Viore is rumored to have a strangely high number of legendaries. Maybe he was sent to see if that was true, and if it were, capture them? Rocket wouldn't have sent it's real members out chasing a rumor, and maybe Jinx, upon finding these legendaries could try to screw rocket over and take them for himself?

If you wanna do this I can delete this post so only a few people read this and it stays a surprise. I just really want you to stay because so much good plot can come out of Jinx, especially with Leo being a thespian and all.
