[@Zenphilvian] I think that's a good idea, and I haven't seen it done before. It could become a problem if the "investigation leader" suddenly vanishes, but I can't see any big downsides to it other than that. I suppose another issue could be people pulling clues from thin air and such, but since that's a risk [i]anywhere[/i]... I think it'd be a good opportunity for perhaps someone whose character doesn't socialise much, and/or a good test of leadership.

TL;DR: I like it.
