In our attempts to help you by telling what should and/or could be removed we have been referencing the rules so you would be aware of them in the future, so the game would go smoother for all of us. It is an act of legitimate goodwill not meant to harm anyone.

Now, since you asked us to use that form of feedback, I'll sum up the current problem: You must make an athletics check against the grapple and you need to roll your grapple on disadvantage. Add those. You may not throw the guards. Remove that. Fix the damage result of your pickaxe, it's way too much as is. Alternatively swap the pickaxe to a use of your breath weapon. So there.
