That said Tina heads back to loading her truck with her tools. She lifts 100 pound loads with little effort stacking the cases neatly then strapping them down.

She knows she can't take every tool she has but she knows that every tool she can take will eventually come in handy. She knows this because of her three brothers who she used to think we're just being paranoid. She doesn't believe that this is the tribulation because she long ago became an agnostic but she does believe that the world is suffering a pandemic that is turning it all upside down.
