How has everyone been doing today by the way? (outside of observing a class of "Third Graders from the Black Lagoon", which in itself could perhaps possibly be the title of an interesting little short story)


I've been doing alright. Just started my summer classes (I'm taking 13 credit hours over the summer and still working; if you're religious, pray for me), but hopefully I'll still have some time to post.

Ugh, the third grade class I'm observing must be from the black lagoon. =_=


I know the feeling. I work with kids a lot. Mostly fourth graders, but I've dealt with plenty of classes that must have arisen either from the deepest circles of hell or R'lyeh. Or both.

Well saw this earlier and am working on a Master to throw into the lot so thought I'd say hey and what not! Anyone with a Servant that might be interesting in pairing up I'd love to hear from you!

@Beloss lol thanks, personally I'm more of a vodka, or rum guy myself, but Smirnoff Ice are pretty good I suppose? I like Everclear, and Tequila is pretty good too...So yeah lol.

As for the fun Game of Thrones riddle that you added the twist to, it depends on what the sell sword believes in most. Does he truly believe that the lawful Hodor has power over him? Or perhaps he believes in the god that the second Hodor believes in? Or pehaps he cares not for either and believes money is the only true thing. Finally though he could care not for any of them. He could slay them all if he so chose because it is within his power, but it is all dependent on what he believes truly has power over him, or what he desires most.

Now then...Back to attempting to make this character x.x

Your answer to the riddle is wrong, the correct answer is the Lawful Hodor, because in this setting famous kings get superpowers after they die and come back to enforce their will on the world as legendary spirits who are immune to bullets or modern armaments which are the most the Third Hodor can buy with his Gold Hodors. The Second Hodor would of course win by a mile, except for the fact that gods are not allowed to be summoned by the Grail, therefor he is useless.

I have a Servant who is in need of a Master, go check out Berserker. Keep in mind he is evil and monsterous though he does not seem so outwardly, or at least he would not for a long time. Keep that in mind if you are planning a good aligned master, though of course conflict is the spice of life. He is a melee heavy high skill warrior, though with Achilles and Cuchulain on the field hes not going to win any "best fighter" awards in this war. Hes no slouch though.

I never really liked that in the Fate Setting Cuchulain was described as an average hero, when you read his source material hes clearly one of the greater legendary fighters. His Gae Bolg ability never really made sense to me either, especially when he should be able to best 90% of other Heroic Spirits through conventional fighting :P

My only guess as to why he was described as average was because the bar was set very high in Fate Stay Night with extreamly famous legends. In any other war he's a top level ass wrecker, auto kill spear or no. Also I guess his Master was not the best, but still.

@Beloss well with where I am so far with the character, as long as I don't change her they would be an interesting pair since she doesn't seem to care what her servant does as long as he completes his task. At the same time the way she wants to use her servant may conflict with his overall manners, which is fine because that just makes things more challenging! It's no fun if they're perfectly compatible right? I'll send you a copy of her sheet as soon as I finish up a few things and I'll send it over so you get a better sense for her and we can decide from there!

He's literally one of the best Servants period and is first-rate even in a cast of all-stars, which is something he's maintained solidly for the past 12 years.

Even in FSN he's absurd. If it wasn't for Herc, he'd be a contender for the strongest Servant of that war. Gil excluded, of course.

Huh. I cant find it in the wiki anymore, but something along those lines used to be in the references section. Maybe they retconned it, in which case about time since I honestly can't think of that many legendary figures who have as many feats as he does. I mean, it's straight up in his legend that he is the strongest hero in his Cycle.

I don't remember that line in the VN, so there's a good chance it was either classic wiki fanon or a misunderstanding of a quote. Cu's always stated to be top-tier, from Saber saying he's the king of survival to EMIYA saying he's in the top three of all Lancers to everything he does and all of his descriptions in everything. But yeah, I don't think anyone will try and say Cu's anything less than first-rate.

One of the fastest servants with the highest skills with a spear along with some of the best personal skills and arguably, if the the best Noble Phantasm. He is pretty okay I guess L:^)

@Unoedipal Hmmm. I distinctly remember fans having arguments over Lancer's power in the past, and having quotes thrown around by both sides. People will come up with weird stuff when power ranking arguments get off the ground. Maybe I'm just cracking up. Alzheimer's will do that to a man.

Anyway, the important thing is that the only real Whiskey is Irish Whiskey, and the only real Irish Whiskey is Pabst Blue Ribbon.
