Grace immediately held out her arms as her daddy approached. She could recognize him and Nikki and Kat as family and people who she loved and who loved her too. As people she was safe with.
Kat gently passed her to Matt. Grace buried her face into her daddy's neck and sobbed, as if begging him to make everything okay again.
