[@Axel] Captain Imsar stopped in front of his lieutenant and clasped his hands behind his back as she spoke to him. Apparently there were problems with the training techniques, but too big of an issue; there was always a rookie having issue with some portion of the teachings. What would've been more worrying was if there wasn't any problem and everyone was mastering everything at impressive rate. Now that would have been cause for alarm, and he would've shunpoed right over to investigate. However, he was detecting that there was something going on Ryuga wasn't telling him. It was hard to explain why, but something in her face was causing red flags to appear behind his eyes. "I see." He said, rubbing his chin. There was a little bit of stubble. When was his last shave? "You're probably right, Ryuga." He nodded at her. "I think an appearance on my part would do well. Sometimes it can be hard to work for someone you never seen." He nodded his head in the direction of the division ten headquarters. "Come on." He started walking at a casual pace. "It's been too long since I've taken a stroll through...." The captain paused. "Actually, it's been awhile since I"ve taken a stroll of any kind. Isn't that silly? We're here to give our lives protecting this place at a moment's notice and I haven't taken any time to just take the place in. A nice walk should remedy that, right?" Without waiting for a response he started walking in the direction of the hq. "So tell me, Rygua, how are things going with you? Are you getting on okay? The position doesn't seem too much does it? There's always help around if you need it." He smiled reassuringly. "There's so many people I occasionally see lounging around so if something you need help with turns up I'd consider it a personal favor if you let me know so there won't be so many of our squad standing around looking bored."
