"Here? No." Landon said, looking around at the lush vegetation with a degree of longing. "Some days I wish I did, but no. We've traveled here to see how the place fared after the storms." Landon turned to Rena as he felt foreign twinges of fear, suspicion, and concern. Her eyes were obscured by dark glasses, but the firm set of her mouth was enough to tell him that she didn't think too highly of these three. "It's all right. I'm sure they mean us no harm."
