The light breeze blew through Crim’s hair as she stalked a group of dear, being as quiet as she could. Hunting was difficult with her scaly friend, so she left them in the cave in her perch; hopefully this time she stayed there. As she drew closer to the group she drew her bow, aiming for one of the smaller deer. Releasing the arrow she watched it fall lifelessly to the ground and heard the soft thud of its impact. She was glad she could bring some fresh meat with her. It had been a few nights since her and her dragon had fresh meat. The rest of the deer scattered as she stood, giving her the chance to collect her dinner. She jogged over to the dead animal and knelt next to it pulling out the arrow. As she picked up the carcass she heard some rustling in the trees close to her. Being cautious she set the animal back down by a tree and drew her bow in the direction she heard the sound. There were many creatures in the woodlands around Onyxia that she had stumbled upon various times. Hunting was dangerous, but Crim enjoyed it. The freedom it granted her made her feel more alive than she ever felt in a city. She continued to watch her surroundings for the source of the sound but was surprised to see it was another person. Keeping her bow drawn, she decided to try to talk to them. ‘Diplomacy first’ she thought. “Hey! Are you lost? The village is the other way. There’s another one if you follow the river.”
