R E I K I "R E I" S U I S H Ō
Albeit her annoyance at being proven wrong when she wasn't even trying to be correct, it was probably best that Rei quietened herself. Captain Unagi had made his point, maybe his Lieutenant wasn't actually shit at his job. Rei didn't personally feel that he was, she was just often very quick to react to insults without thinking, it was in her nature. She probably would of added another spiteful remark to the conversation after the Lieutenant spoke again in any other situation, however she didn't need another smack from her Captain, thus she didn't. He can get pretty stern when he was pissed of, which tends to equal harder smacks and punishments. As she followed the Captains, the ninth Lieutenant winked at her seemingly in a playful way, but Rei only narrowed her eyes back at him. What was he playing at? Were they cool or not? She couldn't take these mixed messages so she just ignored them. Whilst inside the Dangai, thankfully her Captain pulled Rei onto an extension of his own reiatsu platform to stand on. Now that she started to think about it, she wouldn't have stood a chance trying to keep steady if she had to stay on her own. She could feel the power beneath coat her feet as she stood on the platform. It was astronomical. Rei wasn't at all embarrassed by her own show of reiatsu despite how laughable it looked in comparison to both of the Captains. These two were incredible strong souls, it would be foolish to be embarrassed as most would be. Rei was much too astonished by the capacity reiatsu these two must have been holding, and she had hardly seen anything yet. The extension of her Captain's platform pulled her further away from the two beings, giving her much needed distance. As the two began, the display of sheer force from the two struck stars into Rei's eyes. She grounded her position, finding it easier to stabilise her form now that she didn't have to worry about her platform. She was well aware that she couldn't rely on anyone to save her if anything did go wrong before her Captain voiced the fact. This was the way she liked it as she was forced to take care of herself and use any means necessary to not fail since her Captain was counting on her. It gave her a chance to see what she was actually capable of in truly dangerous situations. The wall suffered the impact of both powers colliding into it's surface. This caused it to crack, as expected, meaning that her Captain's plan was working. All it needed was another blow from the Ninth Captain then they could progress. 'Incredible' Rei idly thought as she fought against the aftershocks. Her hair fluttered aggressively as she increased her own reiatsu in order to withstand the force hitting her body. [@ProPro][@LokiLeo789][@KillBox]
