Name Commanding Officer, Nathaniel Cook Appearance Nathan stands at around 6'3" and weighs close to 210 lbs. He wears white, yellow, and black armor. Without his armor, he has strong, brown eyes. He has the face of a strong man, not smiling too much but not angry either. He has a broad nose, a feature loved by most but hated by himself. His hair is jet black and has facial scruff, sometimes stubble and sometimes full. Age 26 Gender Male Background Nathaniel was born in the Market District of the Babel Space Station. He grew up watching his father work on Project Apollo spacecraft. He was smarter than most in his schooling, but slacked on work to be with friends. This angered his father, resulting in his start in the Babel Institute of Space Exploration when he was 16. Nathaniel was pushed hard, having to perform at high intelligence or risk getting kicked out. He pushed through it and eventually graduated. His father was given the honor to begin the Project Apollo flights, rewarding his son with Chief Executive. He continued rigorous training with his father and BISE to eventually become Commanding Officer after his father. After a mission gone wrong, Nathan's father was killed in action after being boarded by an extraterrestrial squad. Before his father died, he sent Nathan back to the Babel Space Station in an escape pod to survive. Once back in Babel Space Station, Nathan completed his required training and some extra courses, becoming the commander at a relatively young age. He commands the Apollo III, or the Pathfinder. Personality Don't let Nathan's young age fool you. He's definitely mature enough to be dubbed Commander Cook. Nathan is serious when at work, always doing what's necessary to complete a task given to him. He won't stop until he's finished his mission. However, Nathan is fun and friendly with his squad on board the Pathfinder. He has no problem with relaxing, as long as work is getting done or will be done later. In combat, Nathan is a strategist. He knows what maneuvers to do and when to do them. He doesn't necessarily have the best accuracy when in heated battles, but he can perform quite well under stress and pressure. Equipment Nathan wears white, yellow, and black armor. The armor was custom made by his father when he was second in command and he's worn it ever since. Nathan uses an assault rifle in combat, upgraded to pierce kinetic barriers and light-medium armors. While it shoots laser bursts, it's susceptible to overheating when fired continuously, non-stop. Strengths: + Nathan has connections throughout his father's name. This means high-tech weapons, armor, and supplies. The ship is a bit more fancy due to his father, as well. He gets some discounts from stores with certain alien races, too. + Nathan excels at strategic moves, both in combat and flight. Although he can't pilot the Pathfinder, he can order his pilot to do what he feels would be successful. On the battlefield, he can find weaknesses in his enemies' formations and patterns. + Nathan's charisma helps him in both combat and in conversation. He's been able to talk himself out of things, both with truth and lies. Weaknesses - Nathan can perform risky tasks and is rather stubborn at times. He's gotten himself injured when he decided to stay on board with his father. This wasn't a serious injury, but it left a mark both physically and mentally. - Nathan has a lot of pride, unable to let his name be defaced. Along with this, his minor fame makes him hated by those that are jealous or where impacted negatively by his father's work. - Nathan goes by his gut feeling, sometimes leading himself and his crew into danger and trouble. There have been times where they landed on a hostile planet and had to leave. Fast. Speech Color Commander Cook Other N/A
