If you're looking for healing fae I found this on wikipedia. You can make some changes here and there to fit your liking more. Like perhaps instead of being purely bird it is a bird/humanoid shifter or else can speak in the tongue of man. If you'd prefer something else I can look for other options.

Caladrius from Roman mythology or Dhalion from Greek. It is a snow-white bird that lives in kings' houses. Supposedly, the bird refuses to look at any patient who is not going to make a full recovery. It is said to also be able to take the sickness into itself and then fly away, dispersing the sickness and healing both itself and the sick person.
