There will be no time travel, because that was Ellimist's and Crayak's doing I believe, and we're ignoring the omnipotent gamers this time. Perma-morphed individuals can regain the power to morph, but it'd be impossible to regain their original form as there'd be no DNA to acquire. Unless they have a clone. Which is unlikely. But they could get a new human form by morphing someone else or combining DNA to create a new form, and then surpassing the time limit again to become perma-morphed, and then they could just get the morphing power [i]again[/i].
