when it comes to post speeds it's mainly to what the users can manage, and if your in the middle of something with another player for you to post as much as possible so your partner isn't left with nothing to do. SO basically what every you can manage there is no exact speed.

Don't really have a character limit atm, mainly to how much characters a person can handle. As for max players, don't have one either for the time being, depends if things start getting hectic or not.
