The High Priestess of Isis was lost in thought when she was practically bumped on by Phelia, point a finger at Anok and yelling foul words with an ever fouler mouth. Anoksuhit held her staff closer to her chest as she looked down at the royal guard, "Who are you to command me, guard? Don't you realize that not only am I the High Priestess of the Mother of All, but also the only daughter of General Sehmet, brother of the Pharaoh? If you wish to talk to me, do so with the required reverence." Anok said coldly, with a bored glare on her face as if she were losing time on even talking to Phelia. Though, the mention of the visions she had on this earlier evening made Anoksuhit shudder, the look on her eyes changing to one of uncertainty, before she spoke to Phelia again. "That said, I truly had a most dreary revelation on this evening. Our Goddess granted me with a sight, on it the Princess bathed on the waters of the Great Nile, under the Eye of Ra. Suddenly Ra was lost, devoured by the Unspeakable One, the Princess was left to fend for herself as a Lion, a Hippopotamus and a Crocodile and a crocodile approached her, leaving only one narrow road to safety." Anok said to Phelia, though it wasn't quite the same vision she had, or better... Anok hadn't any vision at all, but with her knowledge of the Holy Scriptures, Anoksuhit was able to "produce" such visions at a convincing enough level for others to believe. The truth was that Anok was on her position not because she was gifted, but because her father had set her to it. The High Priestess lived her days up to now faking everything to the point that she started to convince herself of some of her lies. A sense of superiority was born on Anoksuhit, before she could notice, she was convincing fake of a Priestess. Even then, if Isis were to see her efforts, shouldn't the goddess grant her with the gift sooner or later? That was he only thought that Anok had in mind, though it wasn't like she cared anyway. As long as her father was content and nobody knew the truth, Anoksuhit's life was going to continue like it always been. "It's not like I even have a choice, contrary to Anahutet, who's free to do as she pleases, I'm only a tool to fulfill others desires." Anoksuhit thought bitterly. "I'm going to the Sacred Pools to meditate on these events. Please, don't disturb me unless it's a matter of of life or death." Anoksuhit said, as she began to walk away, before quickly turning to address Phelia again, "Since you are already here, ask someone to tell my handmaiden to meet me at the pools. I can't proceed on the ritual while unassisted." before leaving for good.
