Darkness Manipulation is banned because it's technically manipulating nothing (It's absence of light, and anything else for that matter) and treated as a magic element 90% of the time. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, in addition to the fact that only teeny animuu edgelords want to use it, so I decided to ban it altogether.

I mean, it could work if it's used for stealth/minor light manipulating purposes.
