Almost done with the edits, but I have a couple more questions.  First, are people born able to learn magic, or is it something that anyone could do if they wanted?  And second, in the case of magic that draws on natural energy, is the person born able to do that, or do they first have to make some kind of pact with nature or develop the connection in some way?
