-Basic Psionic Abilities- (something all Psionic Humans have naturally)

-Special Psionic Ability- (something that is sometimes unique among Psionic humans)
Psionic Energy Manipulation - The ability to manipulate one's own psionic energy for various purposes. From using it as a weapon, to using it to enhance their own phyiscal capabilities among other things. (think if Protoss from StarCraft for a nice example) Charles' psionic manipulation is enhanced from training in Chi thanks to his past training with martial arts.

-Infected Abilities-
Natural increases in all Physical Capabilities far greater than a regular human.
greatly increased healing potential to even lost limbs could be regrown.
Body Mutation his body will mutate itself should he not be able to suppress the virus. but will return to normal when he does. always starting with his right arm, which he sometime have to let the virus take ahold of to deal with certain situations.
The virus greatly affects his special psionic ability mysteriously.

Backstory: Charles use to be a member of the titan eclipse, he experienced many hard fights, after being a member for 2 years he left the group to go solo. for the adventures on the titan eclipse seemed to just keep getting worse every day. While going solo he received a very special job to eliminate an entire research facility because they was working on bio weaponry. He went to the facility and did his job slaughtering every person at the facility, even destroyed their test subject which was a mutated deer... with many giant tentacles that had blades at the end. unknowingly he released the bio weapon called the Virus, but he didn't escape unharmed for he was also infected with the virus. Though thanks to his countless training he was able to suppress the virus. He begun to work on a cure for the virus. He secretly made a suppressant he takes every day, only bad thing is it takes rare herbs to create. Using his special Vessel the Kilik Station opening it to the public and allowing assistance to join in while keeping his secret, secret.
Personality: Seems to be mysterious a lot of the time, tries to push people away a lot of the times. Seems to be ruthless though should he ever be forced into a fight.
