Partly because he was bored again, but mostly because he wanted to see when their victims got back. Sure, some of them could probably kill him, but the reactions would be almost worth it! He couldn't help but have a wide grin spread across his face as he saw Avalon approaching the doors. This was gonna be good. With a chuckle, he lay down on his bed, listening closely for any sign of a reaction. With someone that spent so much time trying to make people look at her, this was bound to piss her off. Sure enough, he was rewarded by a loud shriek from the floor above that made his laughter grow even louder, even as he heard the footsteps heading down towards his room. Seemed like someone might be a little bit upset with him. He barely managed to keep a straight face when his door swung open, but got it just in time to be confronted with a slightly furious-looking Avalon. As he locked eyes with her, he realised that that was an understatement. If he wasn't, well, Keats, he might have backed down instead of trying to annoy her, but he wanted to see how far he could push it. Before he could retort though, he heard another voice cut in and start mocking Avalon. This just got better and better! He couldn't help but laugh to himself as the girl... Brooklyn, if he remembered right, started tearing into Avalon. Seemed like she wasn't the biggest fan either. Keats could relate, and as their eyes met briefly it was clear how entertaining they were both finding this. "Yeah, you shouldn't go breaking into people's dorms, you know." he smirked, shaking his head condescendingly. Of course he knew that he was being a hypocrite, but that was what made it funny! "Brook here has a point. You trying to catch me naked or something? I know I'm good looking, but that's getting desperate, Sparky." Humble was a word that never applied to Keats, so he decided to annoy her even more instead of thinking about the health and safety risks. He kept on talking, with what could only be described as a shit-eating grin on his face and raised his hands in an exaggerated shrug."As for the room, I plead the fifth." He sat up, barely keeping a straight face and speaking in a slow, taunting voice. "Besides, what're you gonna try and do, knock me out? Good luck getting the things untangled if you manage it 'cause if it was me that tied them up, you'd have a lot of trouble undoing some of those knots. Hypothetically." Okay, so she'd manage it, but it would take a while. Besides, nothing wrong with a little exaggeration! While he'd found the whole thing funny so far, Keats had at least managed to act like he was taking it seriously. Once he'd finished talking though his composure finally shattered and he burst out into a fit of mocking laughter. That shriek! It was like an angry budgie! He should've recorded it! This was so, so worth it. Brooklyn turning up was just the icing on the cake. Just to be safe, though, he placed his hand on the blanket. If it came to it, he could probably use it to block most of the electricity or something like that. Figured he could take her if he had to.
