Amy Nolan
Unlike Helen, Amy was positively amazed by what Aiden pulled off. She had always been one to be dazzled by tricks, however cheap they might be, and this was fascinating. Though it seemed that this cheap trick had taken quite a bit out of Aiden so Amy wasn't sure if it was actually a good thing. Did all demigods get powers? she wondered absentmindedly. When she was younger she and Damien used to read a ton of comic books. It was difficult with her dyslexia and all, but it was doable, especially when Damien read them out loud. Rogue was always her favorite, and Storm. Damien always said that Iron Man was way cooler. But Iron Man couldn't steal any powers. He didn't even really have powers at all. He was just really clever. And rich. Was there a god that could grand a demigod the abilities that Rogue had, because that would be badass, though complicated. However Amy would not find out today it seemed. Aiden very clearly stated that it was up to the gods to claim them. That sounded like they were some kind of cattle or something, or pets in a shelter, waiting for their owners to pick them up. Amy wrinkled her nose and shot a look around. More people had joined the group among which a girl with white hair which was... abnormal. But then again there were many abnormal things today. A glance at the sky however confirmed that it was still the same thing as always. There were happy faces in the winds. They waved at her as they passed by. When Aiden finished speaking was when the resistance arrived from the girl who had been skeptic before. Amy found it slightly unfair towards Aiden who was trying his very best to be nice to them. That couldn't be a easy job. No one was ever going to believe all this stuff on the fly. The only reason why Amy was less skeptic was because of the fact that her mother had said it with a serious face and if her mom said something in that face it was true. She had made that face when she told her that Damien had passed away. That was true. "Didn't you see the dragon?" Amy asked the annoyed girl. "We all entered from over that hill," she waved to the camp's hill in the distance that held the golden fleece. "The dragon, the golden thing, the man with the eyes all over his body that actually blink. I mean that doesn't prove what Aiden is saying here is true but it at least allows him the benefit of the doubt. Also the satyrs, who are appearantly here. Skye was brought in by one." She nudged the other girl as if to make her comment too and confirm what she was saying. "I am just saying that..." the courage seemed to leave the girl the more she said. "... there are not many camps with a lava wall that you can climb?" She pointed to the thing that stood in the distance and then lowered her hand to her cape, fumbling with the edges.
