I don't see anything that breaks any rules, pretty simple character, fact of having a normal human/terran is neat. so I'd say his accepted. Just in future note when using some terms that have multiple names, use the more common or simple one for convenience of others. I had to search up Eidetic memory to find out it was Photographic memory.
