Jennifer Jennifer grew extremely annoyed at Nate's flip-flopping behavior towards her. She knew she was messed up on numerous levels, but even she had her limits. And now she was outnumbered by multiple Nates...just exactly what she needed. Complaining under her breath, Jennifer proceeded to get in the back seat of the car like Nate had told her. Once she made herself comfortable, she felt a bit chilled and goosebumps started to emerge from her skin. She figured it was the cold seat for which she wasn't prepared for, and dismissed the idea that maybe something wasn't right. She instead chose to suffer in silence, knowing that complaining wouldn't get her far with him. She was comfortably resting her head back on the seat of the vehicle as she waited for Nate to finally drive off to whatever destination they were going, but loud, repetitive noises very near to her suddenly pulled her from her thoughts. "Who the fuck is that guy?!" was all that she managed to say as she stared at the man who was punching and kicking the vehicle for goodness knows what reason. Jennifer reacted by pushing herself across to the other side of the seat opposite from the berserk stranger to maintain a safe distance away from him. When she noticed that he wouldn't stop, Jennifer pushed the door open and crawled out of the vehicle, her side being the first thing to hit the pavement as her attempted escape was anything but impressive. "Nate, help me!" Jennifer was scared. Not in a scary movie sort of way, but with enough adrenaline to run halfway across the Earth. Her pulse had skyrocketed and she had some mild tunnel vision going on. It was safe to say that her body had entered its fight or flight response, but it was especially hard for her as she couldn't do either very effectively. Somehow, though, she managed to get on her feet and run down the alley, hands wildly swinging from side to side as she kept them clasped in front of her. She didn't dare to look back, but only because she knew that Nate could hold his own and didn't really need her help.
