He'd never seen a body at a crime scene before, always in files he accepted from clients or he retrieved from the files he could hack. This was up close...he'd never seen anything like this. He'd never dreamed of seeing something like this. His sister had warned him of seeing things like this as soon as he began work on his law degree. His friends always taught of how they would hurt people. But not like this. He never expected this. As the body descended to the ground and crashed against the table he made no sound. His eyes narrowed. He would by lying if he wasn;t expecting something horrible to happen, not at something of this magnitude, but he could tell what the verdict was before anyone said, he looked around, unsure what to do. He wanted to help, he wanted to run. His mind raced relentlessly before he took a deep breath. Like that he was off running after Jeremy and the detective to the apartment where the girl had fallen from. He didn't know Dani well, he'd made it his task to try not to get close to anyoone, of course some people he did get to know, but Dani was one he simply knew nothing about. He didn't like that, he hated the idea of knowing simply nothing about someone. It made them an enigma to him..ad now she was dead and there was nothing he could do. He carefully navigated his way to the stairs before realising those stairs he was heading for didn't exist. Great, he was stuck there. He looked up and realised they might have caught someone. "HEY IS THERE ANYONE UP THERE!" He called up, breathing heavily before muttering. "This is just bloody typical.."
