My Borderlands character. She may seem OP but she trades protection and high physical damage for elemental damage over time which is high damage. My character is an elemental witch and is pretty frail so she is generally always next to another team member though mostly the tank like member.

[u][b]Appearance Add-On:[/b][/u] She has tattoos on her and they begin to glow when element attacks are happening, the colour will be that of the element she is using. If all elements are being used via a skill or by the Four Seasons grenade mod. She will begin to glow all the colours, it will every five seconds though sometimes can have all the colours going off at once. The tattoos are related to the witch based class, only a few exist and Elissa is one of them. The metal on her face are inhibitors to prevent her from burning out, she can be like Lilith with her Eridium kick.

-Rez It (Grants a 30% reduction of damage of all Elemental types)
-Effective Burn (While taking Elemental damage all Elemental damage is increased and so is the time period if one is effected)
-Magik Trade (Ammo clip is 25% less but element chances are 25% higher)
-Chemical Dump (25% of being healed by elemental damage)
-Slagged Off (If slagged element damage is increased fivefold, but damage taken will be 2 times more)
-X-Fusion (Two Elements can be combined)
