[color=f6989d][b]Appearance:[/b][/color] Elpha is often described by others as dainty and doll-like due her large, stunning eyes, and pale, unblemished skin. Her dirty blonde hair sits just beneath her chin, and her eyes are a very dark brown colour-so dark that they appear to be black. She's quite thin and delicate looking, and stands at an average height of 5'4. Her outfits usually consist of flimsy, dark coloured dresses with her usual pointy (witch) hat.

[b][color=f6989d]Personality:[/color][/b] The best words to describe Elpha are mischievous and manipulative. Although these attributes are said to be bad, she uses them to take advantage of others and use them. She hides behind a facade of a clumsy and naive girl in order to win the affection of others, so she can then easily convince them to do things for her.. In this case, to help her retrieve the Grimm brother's book to use it for 'good'. Even though Elpha constantly uses others for wrong doing, she secretly wishes for acceptance and friendship from them, yet stops herself since it would then stop her from achieving her goal(s). 

•Beneath her 'cute-sy, weak facade', Elpha is quite cocky and teasing. 

[b][color=f6989d]Strengths:[/color][/b] 
Elpha is very observant and careful with everything she does, which allows her to get out of difficult situations with ease- as she can almost always find a solution. She's also quite agile due to her small body. 

[b][color=f6989d]Weaknesses:[/color][/b] Elpha- like almost every other witch- melts when she makes contact with water. Even the smallest drop of water would cause Elpha's skin to sizzle and eventually dissolve to nothing. The only thing that would stop her from melting is fire, which (somehow) makes any water causing her to melt disappear, and restores her body to its original state.
She also gives up on things very very easily. She always aims for perfection in everything she does, and when she isn't able to do so she gives up. 

[b][color=f6989d]Likes:[/color][/b] Elpha enjoys being given attention, although she would never admit that. She also (sometimes) enjoys the company of others- which she once again would never admit.

[b][color=f6989d]Dislikes:[/color][/b] Elpha disliked being unorganised, and becomes quite stressed when things don't go as she had planned.

•Once again: she easily fools people, and uses their strengths and powers to her advantage.
•She can quickly repair ruined clothing, and is able to sew- which is a skill she picked up from her family.
•She has very basic knowledge of creating potions

[b][color=f6989d]Powers/Abilities:[/color][/b] Elpha is able to conjure and handle fire (which is Pyrokinesis) , and uses it for both healing and fighting. She's capable of healing herself whilst she is melting, however it comes with a large price. Once she has used her healing power to stop herself from melting, she's unable to use any sort of magic from then on. She's also able to use projection, where she has the ability to 'inject' images and emotions into the minds of others. She doesn't use this magic often as it exhausts her easily, so she only uses it in extreme situations when her plans haven't worked or someone doubts her.

[b][color=f6989d]History/Biography:[/color][/b] Elpha was born into a wealthy family of witches and wizards, who all had incredibly good reputations. Everyone in her family had achieved something marvellous and heroic during their life- like killing a mighty villain, or saving someone from a terrible event. Although this had all sounded great to her, she never felt as if she was capable of doing such things. 
Elpha had an older sister who was always gaining praise from her parents due to how talented she was. Due to this, very little attention was given to Elpha. This eventually led to her give up on meeting her parents standards-causing her to then rebel against her family and become the 'black sheep'. From then on, she began to plan out ideas to become stronger in order to receive the attention of her family, and left home not too long later to put these plans into action.

[b][color=f6989d]Other Information:[/color][/b] Elpha is based roughly off the Wicked Witch from Wizard of Oz (particullarly with the melting part..). 
Since the Witch of the West is unnamed in the Wizard of Oz, Elpha's name is based off Gregory Maguire's book 'Wicked' where the witch is named Elphaba.
