Well, I'm afraid unless it were to only refresh a single point of that skill's bar, that would be pretty over-powered. Speaking of which, I forgot to include one of the rules from the interest check. [color=6ecff6]Abilities can only refresh a single point, if that is their nature.[/color] It will be added in [color=6ecff6]blue[/color] on the original post. Passive abilities would work, you would simply use a point of SPECIAL every time it is used.

So as long as your ability [color=a2d39c]only refreshes a single point[/color], it is certainly allowed.
