But you don't see or hear that kind of thing in real life and it's usually limited to all those books and movies "exposing" some mystery about the Vatican or some other cliche' storm. Maria also had some difficulty operating her ID card, I don't blame her though. Surely, she must at least know some form of advanced technology right? There's no way in this day and age someone can be totally inept when it comes to modern tech, right? Oh I'd be surprised, probably get shot down for it too. But no matter. Heading inside the Junk Room, it wasn't exactly what I expected to. There's one of those barrier-like things used in malls when it's closing time, a furnace behind it as well as the usual stuff you'd find. Trashcans, bins, garbage bags. With a limited area for exploration, I began to search what little I could, anything that might've resembled an exit or opening. I was even brazen enough to open some of the garbage containers in my futile search but nothing out of the ordinary. I cringed, I DEFINITELY going to need a long bath after this, it's not fashion forward for someone to smell like garbage...But I might be on to something, why not make trashy clothing...out of trash itself?! I slapped myself for that, that's stupid, ridiculous!! I could only hope that Maria had found something but even she seemed stumped. She approached me again, asking me if I was going to murder her! Preposterous! In the most calm voice I could manage right now, I began to reassure her, but not without some witty banter. "Oh trust me, I'm far from calm. A fashion designer is rarely lax, I'd even say you're lucky, Maria." As I stepped forward I could hear the sound of metal from below me. Curiously, I looked down to see a hatch just right there! Wow...That was actually pretty easy! Is this what I think it is?! Calling for Maria's attention and crouching down, I began to examine the hatch and forced myself to pry it open, but with no luck...Maybe there's someone strong enough who could open it? Or do we get out some screwdrivers and bust it open?
