So for anyone who missed the updates, Pokemon Sun and Moon had updates revealed on Saturday and again earlier today (or yesterday, depending on where you live). Saturday's update revealed that Zygarde's 10% and Complete forms may be obtainable in Pokemon Sun and Moon, along with its Thousand Arrows and Thousand Waves attacks that had been programmed into ORAS, but ended up going unused. Also, two new Pokemon were revealed (translations are relatively rough at present): The Puppy Pokemon, Iwanko; and the Half-Awake Pokemon, Nekkoala. The update for Tuesday revealed a new way to play multiplayer battles: Battle Royale. This battle between four players is in a Free-For-All format, with the battle ending when one player loses all of his/her Pokemon. The winner is then calculated by determining how many Pokemon the surviving three players defeated, as well as how many Pokemon each player had remaining. Further, Ledyba will apparently be available on Route 1 in Alola. Not too big, but a piece of news regardless. However, three new Pokemon were revealed in the updates brought with Tuesday. Firstly, Pikipek, the Woodpecker Pokemon; we finally get to see the completed form of the wireframes revealed in the first trailer from so long ago. Pikipek is a Normal/Flying-Type Pokemon available on Route 1, and will have two other members to its family. Secondly, we have Yungoos, the Loitering Pokemon. With its insatiable appetite, this Normal-Type will also be available from Route 1 in Alola. Lastly is Grubbin, the Larva Pokemon, a Bug-Type, though not as much is revealed on it as there is on the others that have been revealed so far. On an unrelated but otherwise Nintendo note: Just saw the most recent footage/trailer for The Legend of Zelda Wii U, now confirmed to have the title "Breath of the Wild". I have boarded the hype train for this as well.
