I feel like being an outlaw is by far the least cost effective by the fact that XP is the end all currency of the game. Especially for upper level players. Level 6 is basically the cut off from it being reasonable, beyond that, there's a ridiculous amount of killing that would have to occur to make up for an entire level's worth of exp. The ratio of kills to deaths would have to be godly, for just any player, it would be impossible, especially a budding guild like the Ebony Strykers.
