[@Jotunn Draugr] That's kinda like a game changing villain if he's that powerful. Any enemies should be lower tier, leave the game changing Galactus and Apocalypse level threats to [@Aro] and myself!

I like it though, just cut back on some of the powers if you wanna use this guy. Also, secondary characters are meant to be an additional character when you're stuck with your primaries. If you have a one note villain, it'll get old real quick and you're likely to get stuck writing two characters into corners.
