Sorry, Leos. Looks like you've figured out that Germaine would be too injured and/or wanted for murder to be allowed in the tournament. You can't get away with killing an avatar... at least, not in a public fashion in the largest city in the Pokemon world. But he can watch it on tv, and maybe he can join up with interesting future events.
