[@Orlan] This rp is set after the events in fallout 4, though that would have little to no impact on this region. Project purity did get activated like in fallout 3 by brotherhood hands. I could imagine the DC BoS sending some scouts south but their main focus continues to be the commonwealth. As far as the West coast, Legion lost the second battle of Hoover dam during the events of New Vegas and is trying to invade the NCR while holding onto its vast territories after the death of Ceaser.

[@POOHEAD189]A companion is not out of the question. If you want one, feel free. And that goes for anyone actually. If you want a companion and can do it justice than you can have one. Also, a mutated alligator named Sebastion could easily be doglike enough to qualify.
