-Graduated highschool with honors at the age of 18, attending Star City's Community College for police foundations immediately afterwards.
-Graduating from College, Monty was scouted for the United States Armed Forces where he made it through basic and was eventually recruited into the Special Forces, more commonly known as the Green Berets.
-Deployed overseas during the war in Iraq, Monty ran numerous successful missions until his squad's luck ran up. Ambushed in the middle of the desert, Monty and his lieutenant were the only survivors, both being taken as Prisoners of War.
-Escaping at the cost of his lieutenant's life, Monty made it back to camp.
-Honorably discharged due to trauma, Monty returned to the United States and Star City.
-Applying to the Star City Police Force, Monty worked several years as a patrol officer before transferring to Gotham.
-Working in Gotham's Cold Case Department, Monty was eventually transferred to Homicide.[/i][/indent][/indent]
