[@knighthawk] Yeah, there's no usable Power Armour and anything requiring a Fusion Core for power or ammo won't work. Fusion Cells are still available and New Vegas established that Cells can be recycled, but they won't deal as much damage or hold as much ammunition. Plasma weaponry and Gauss rifles will still work but most people will be using ballistic weapons.
