While it wasn't exactly enough to knock it out completely, the combined attacks of her and Rui still did a good amount of damage. And Akane was happy about the result because this meant that she got to wail on it once more. With Rui's call, it signaled the final stretch. Time to finish it.

Using herself as bait again, Akane faced the shadow, raising her katana as she charged right at the shadow while she summoned Setana once more and had him do a [b]Kill Rush[/b] from another direction, not giving the shadow a chance to rest.
