Battle was joined as Saibamen clashed with the fighters gathered.  Elarinya's first instinct was to protect Gohan but was unable to as two Saibamen rushed toward her.  Elarinya hopped backward and hovered above the Saibamen who looked at her menacingly.  She watched as Gohan was tackled to the ground but thankfully one of the fighters managed to give him some breathing room, even though she could get over there she was not about to turn her back on these little monsters.

[color=00a651]"Deploying monsters is a coward's way to fight but thankfully,"[/color]  Elarinya pointed a palm down at the saibamen with her armored hand, [color=00a651]"monster hunting is my specialty."[/color]

A blast of black and red ki erupted from her palm to fall down upon her opponents.  The saibamen saw recognized the danger in time and managed to dodge out of the way, splitting themselves apart from each other.  The saibamen instantly countered by jumping up at the butterfly woman, claws extended to do as much damage as possible.  With one quick wing beat, Elarinya dodged under their assault and grabbed a leg from each of them.  They gave up grunts of surprise from her quick reflexes and screeched as she swung them around and threw them into a nearby cliff-side.

One managed to right itself before impact but the other found itself head first in dirt and rock.  The recovered one opened up its head and sprayed a powerful acid at Elarinya but her insect senses quickly recognized the danger allowing her to dodge the incoming torrent.  She fired a ki blast in response causing the saibamen to run then she rocketed herself toward the saibamen who had just extricated itself from the mountain side.  It turned around just in time to see armored Elarinya ram her hand into is chest, the exoskeleton making her hand into an armored claw that easily pierced through the plant based monster.

The saibamen gave out a screech before falling silent as she quickly discarded the corpse, her experience telling her that it was never good to stay around even deceased monsters as their anatomy could be quite deadly.

[color=00a651]"I think I've seen enough to say you guys aren't very interesting monsters."[/color]  She sounded disappointed as she tried to find the remaining saibamen.  The monsters needed to be disposed of quickly before they had a chance to do any real damage.
