Power Management is a beginner's class for those individuals who have powers but lack control over them. It's a class to train and hone their use in order for their power to grow in a controlled environment, presumably under their control.

Advanced Power Control is taking the basics and pushing them even further. Kinda just skipping the Intermediate entirely and just pushing yourself past your limit. It's supposed to be a damn tough course.
