[@Ursane] I also forgot to mention that how the orbs behave actually remind me of Zenyatta, which is a cool thing to see.

Anyways, as for the abilities, now they look more balanced indeed. Construct at 25% works and Ultimate Polarity at 50% is also balanced as well.

Time wise, 5 seconds is also pretty balanced for Polarity. 

But overall, if I'm looking at this correctly, the other abilities will last up to 3 seconds, correct, or just for the Transmit? If your case was the former, than feel free to post your character in the CS. :)
