[@Keksalot] I used the wrong word (Stupid phone). What I meant to say was superhumans - there won't be caped crusaders or the sort.

I also wrote something from my phone before it was ate. But, his power doesn't really fit imo. It's too fantastical for a more scifi setting. Not to mention I don't really like powers along the lines of "can become fictional characters and have their powers." 

Look at some of the characters in Old Ghosts/Verthaven if you want an idea of what I mean.
