[color=yellow]Kit[/color] As the cell door slid open, she darted into the hallway, panting. Being locked in a small room did not mix well with her claustrophobia. Once she caught her breath and soothed her racing heart, she made her way towards the cafeteria. Slowly. Avoiding as much human contact as possible. She made her way through the cafeteria, hunched over to make herself as small as possible, and quickly piled several fruits, eggs, and various meats on to her plate, before finding a corner to hide in while she ate. She may not have much of an appetite these days, but she knew that if she didn't eat, it would just get worse. Picking at a hard boiled egg, she yawned and rubbed an eye. She didn't get much sleep last night. Or any night. Not since she first got here, the hospital filled with tiny cages. She scanned the cafeteria, now, finding nothing out of the ordinary. Just the usual. Doctors observing, nurses bringing in more food, her fellow patients eating, talking, hiding. Nothing new had happened since that last new guy, a boy with bright blue eyes who couldn't see, had arrived. [color=yellow]"I swear,"[/color] she mumbled under her breath.
