    As the Czar looked out the window in which only a few weeks earlier the brutal Zellonian winter was he smiled. The new year looked promising with the first of many factories already operational however he had recently been informed of shortages with Steel and would need to look at the wider world for these. Before long the Czar requested a diplomatic party to be sent to the sovereign nation and neighbor to Zellonia, Dongaria. While the Diplomat would work to improve relations the Zellonian army would have to be updated and as such, they were ordered to train.
