[@Stern Algorithm] Accepted x 1000. We had an evil genius character, the player just never used him in the game [he might've got one post in actually...]. I've been hoping to get something similar since. The refined character roster is on page 1 of the OOC. The game itself started strong with over 15 accepted characters, but several never got posts in and others dropped out before things really got going. 

We've already got STRIKE, which is basically our universe's version of SHIELD. You could alter the CS to incorporate that as her government angle, possibly her employers?
