THings are progressing nice and slow and I was in school for the past months.

So guys. I am saying this now. There are 12 Level 10 Espers.

Japan has three. 
USA has two.
Russia has one.
Germany has one
Singapore has one
South and North Korea has two.

The rest would be GM Staff information. Slots are open for Level 10. Any Level 10 creation would have to go through chuk and me.
I still have a lot to discuss with the GM Staff. But this information is for those who are deciding to jump the gun and make a Level 10.

Remember. I am not requiring anyone to make all student characters. WE NEED VARIETY.

I am limiting 2 characters for now per player. 2nd character creations will not happen if a month hasn't passed. SO in short, one character per player.
