I like that, I haven't even really joined an RP yet outside of PMs and I already meet people on this site that are cool to chill with in my spare time, and like they actually approach you if you say stuff. Unlike in most forums where everyone is paranoid and timid as fuck, claiming it to be out of politeness but in truth they're scared you're going to turn out to be the site gestapo of voluntary members, seeking to add another one to the "unpopular" chart.

You don't get that feel here. You can start a convo, end it, bump in or whatever and there is no feeling that you're interrupting a unwritten guild of people that you need to get initiated to chill with and let off wicked ideas or topics. A lot of forums are more play pens for posturing than community in my experience. So, it's a nice change.
