The Great Xhan 

The Xhan nation was considered by the elders as the greatest and most civilized in the world , but many young people knew the problems that the old country faced and they often omitted the "Great" word when mentioning the Xhan , even the emperor knew the lacks of the nation as a whole the emperor saw the reflect of many failures of the past take their tool on the current state of the nation , one of those was pride , pride that made people who before sought humility worst than their far away counterparts , however , the new generation of men that the Emperor would reign were better way better than their father , they were people ready to accept change and to improve the status of the country , to make the Xhan deserve the Great in their name , the change of generation was a relatively stable one and many old people died or left power with peace , trusting that their successors would be as good as them.

Many Emperors would see this as the first step to a new era of glory , but the Emperor did not saw that he saw struggle and determination in order to achieve a good position for the Xhan in the world stage , there was no easy road for the Xhan and that was something true , it would take many years to re-structure a nation with hundreds of years of conservatism , the first step for the Emperor was to establish proper resources supply with other nations and he had already prepared a message to the Holy Saurilian Empire and the deal was discussed previously , the other step was to develop the technology sector of the Xhan , something that could be done thanks to many students of Xhan going to western universities in order to study and the last step for the year was to develop the army and keep training it.The older members of the court gave their advise to change the focus of the Emperor but the new members of the court gladly accepted their orders.
