The Dark Fleet doesn't have Jaegers or Bellators or really many cyborgs, they're the remnants of the Fortress Initiative. The Iron Legion has pretty much all of the active war machines. There are some Bellators around but not too many. The Aesir are kinda OP as fuck but essentially useless against anything other than Shoju.

Its both. I'll be telling the story of the factions banding together to destroy the Feras for good while the individuals will mostly be focusing on not being squished or completely ripped apart.
