Common Appearance: Despite his control of snow, his skin a warm caramel colour, as if kissed by the sun itself.  His longish shaggy white hair stands out against his skin with white eyelashes and eyebrows to match. Not only that but Cicero’s eyes are a distinct iced over blue that hold a mischievous glint to them. Though he is a god he often appears just as tall as a human would standing at an easy 6’2 being very lanky also, his posture slightly slouched and his hands shoved in his pockets and smirk on his lips. His aloof smugness is reflected in his clothes which consists of a tight black under-armour shirt and a long white robe with white fur at the top spotted with black leopard like rings, and on the ends of the sleeves. The pants he wears are a baggy off white, beige ish colour. Poking from his head are the ears of a snow leopard, a white colour with black tips, along with a big, fluffy, tail poking around with the same spotted pattern as his fur on the robe. To top it off, he sports a silvery ring on his hands with white painted nails. 


Personality: Cicero is just as his domain states, calm cool and collected. He has no real interest in the throne but if it came his way he would not turn it away. Often he is smug, making sly remarks and takes great pleasure in watching everyone talk amongst themselves. He carries himself with a mischievous vibe, stirring up trouble as indirectly as he can to keep things interesting without putting himself and his nation in danger. Though Cicero is a bit of a troublemaker he still has enough decency to make allies with those who can stand his aloof and sarcastic personality and tries to stay at least neutral with all of the other Gods. He is very relaxed with his lazy posture but he takes great pride in the beauty of nature namely the tranquil look that the cold brings. He claims that it is a silent mischief ready to strike in the most elegant fashion. Though he is not an all around annoyingly smug person as he has a great fondness for all animals, namely the ones who often come to play in the cold but yet holds no distaste for any other animals. For the most part Cicero is a God with a smart mouth who enjoys stirring up trouble all while being sincerely enthralled by the ever changing nature of the world.

As an indirect God the people of his nation are blessed with bountiful mages. Within his icy muse are people far and wide with the ability to incorporate snow and frost into their magic. This ranges from having frost breath to an ice touch where water they touch can turn to ice. This also has minor things like small amounts of snow manipulation. They also are blessed with an ability to understand animals, and while most can understand only a few are granted with an ability to speak with them. 



Symbol: Snow Leopard. 


Other Info: As a domain of Animals, Cicero has the ability to temporary shapeshift into an animal of his choosing, his favourite being the white fox and, of course, a snow leopard. This is for when he goes to another Nation or even his own to stir up a bit of trouble. Though this is a temporary shift and cannot last longer than a few days, once this time is up he must recharge double the time he was in this form.

Geographical Info: Cold. Horus is a nation like no other with extremely low temperatures with a hoarfrost glaze stretching as far as the eye can see. Most towns and cities are hidden between the bases of hills or at the bottom of mountains to keep hidden from threats. Though the desolate land has a lot of flat ground making the people who live there easy targets for intruders and animal attacks. Though it is not completely barren as it has forest of lush pine trees riddled throughout the land mostly found when nearing mountains. The rigged mountains of Horus are a main focal point of its charm, bringing people far and wide to come conquer them. Animals are in abundance from the typical foxes and snow bunnies and wolves, to much things larger as leopards, moose, and even whales or walruses that linger on the upper part near the ocean. Not only is it geographically diverse but it's ecosystem is very wide. 


Capital City: Pruinae. Located at the base of a mountain in the deeper part of Horus in the east. 


Culture Description: Everything centre's around elegance and simple beauty. Horus holds many snow festivals that revolve around their God, and celebrating the beauty of the ice around them. Often times the people there welcome others with open arms and a hot beverage to only act hostile if they feel as if the others are there to disrupt the peace. They treat animals as their God, as they never know if he is to come down in disguise or not. So once a year they celebrate the lives of the animals they have taken, as a tribute that their life did not go to waste. They also take pride in how clean and beautiful everything is kept


Military Description: Horus has a mildly strong military though if suffers with its calvary and navy as its environment makes such things hard to be trained in. Though the soldiers are tough and can last in the terrain much longer than any other soldiers can. It is focused more on the mental aspect of battles, making the whole group very intelligent than brawny. They are tactical using the environment to its full potential as well as the powers bestowed upon them. Most of the soldiers are trained with distance weapons and wear thick, white, clothing with a lot of cushion and fur. 


Government Description: The government is run by a dynasty ruled family. Though it is not a dictatorship or a totalitarian system, but incorporates the ideas of democracy also giving the people a voice within the say of government even if the current monarchs word is law. Before this, the idea of totalitarianism almost happened before the ruling monarchs wife killed him, taking over and implemented the Democratic Dynasty. There are no political parties but more so in each town two advisors, who are directly linked to the head of the dynasty, are stationed to take care of town matters with a small party of people of their choice.

Cicero often speaks with the royal family, his presence is known heavily within his region. He does not necessarily rule over them but watches, giving small bits of advise to the family so they do not put him in ruin. Though he is more so there in his nation to cause trouble for his people in his animal forms, toying and taunting them with the prospect of a kill. They see their God most of the time a hindrance more so than a figure they worship; even if they do so anyways.
